HoA Ranks
The Council of Elders
The Council of Elders is the top aspect of the clan administration. It's exclusive to the most active administrators, but also some of the members in the clan in the future. They have the final say in all clan decisions through vote. Their tasks include but aren't limited to:
- Handling new applications to the clan.
- Managing clan finances.
- Public relations - deals with partnerships and sponsors.
- Appointing new administrators.
- Being very handsome gentlemen.
The current council members are:

Ancient (LoL: Harbinger)

The Section Administration
The Section Administration is the lower aspect of the clan administration. They have first say, and first response, in all situations. The council only intervenes in situations where the sectional admins cannot, or do not, handle it first. Their work is varied with the position and is focused on their individual sections with their work directly with the members.
The current Section Administration is:
League of Legends
Ancient (LoL: Harbinger)
DaVai (LoL: Officer)
Minecraft
Diablo
Starcraft
Community-level Leadership
Community Leader - The leader and the boss of all administrators, moderators and members in the community. The leader is the voice of the clan and represents the clan in all public aspects. Ave' True to Horizon! Their tasks include, but aren't limited to:
- Starting new clan sections.
- Managing and supervising the community-level administration.
- Having the final say in most clan decisions.
Community Manager - While the Community Leader's job is to make the community develop and grow, the Community Manager's job is to take care of the majority of the everyday tasks that appear. They also lead the clan whenever the Community Leader is away. Corteo and Zuhar are the current Community Managers. Their tasks include but aren't limited to:
- Working on all aspects of the community.
- Leading the clan when the Community Leader is away.
- Managing and supervising the community-level administration.
- Having the final say in most clan decisions.
Community Assistant - The eyes and the ears of the top-level administration. Even though they simply oversee and aid in most areas of the clan, and can step in when required. They are familiar with most of the things going around in HoA and are always open to questions. Their tasks include but aren't limited to:
- Moderating the clan forums.
- Supervising the Harbingers of the various sections.
Management Assistant - The Management Assistants work with assisting the Community Manager in all areas of the clan. He will perform a huge variety of minor tasks that may be at the community-level as well as specific jobs for individual sections. This role should be thought of as on the job training for a Community Manager position. Their tasks include but aren't limited to:
- Shadowing and learning from existing Community Managers and developing the skills required to manage the community.
- Working on all aspects of the community.
- All other jobs the Community Assistants do.
Section-level Leadership
Harbinger - The leader of a specific section in HoA. They have the final call in all decisions regarding that section and make sure that the section is progressing and things are getting done. They are dedicated and active, but have an administration to assist them with tasks. Their tasks include but aren't limited to:
- Final say on all decisions related to his section.
- Managing and overseeing the section administration team.
- Appointing new administrators.
- Handing out activity warnings and reinforcing the clan rules.
Advisor - The Harbinger's right hand and the one to lead the section whenever the Harbinger is away. He also supervises the administration and help the leader with making sure that everyone has things to do and those gets done. Their tasks include but aren't limited to:
- Assiting the Harbinger with overseeing the section administration team.
- Leading the section when the Harbinger is away.
- Appointing new administrators.
- Moderating the clan section activity on the forums, the TeamSpeak 3 server, events/tournaments and also in-game activity.
- Moderating the clan section forums.
- Handing out activity warnings and reinforcing the clan rules.
Officer - Acts like a connection between the section administration and the members. They locates specific problems in the section, finds out what's wrong and reports to his Harbinger or Advisor. Their tasks include but aren't limited to:
- Improving activity on the forums, the TeamSpeak 3 server, events/tournament and also ingame.
- Encouraging members to play with other clan members instead of on their own.
- Handing out activity warnings and reinforcing the clan rules.
Magistrate - The administrator in charge of the forums. Their main job is to moderate the forums of a whole section, like closing, archiving and moving threads around to make sure things are nice and tidy around here. Their tasks include but aren't limited to:
- Moderating the clan section activity on the forums, the TeamSpeak 3 server, events/tournaments and also ingame activity.
- Moderating the clan section forums.
- Handing out activity warnings and reinforcing the clan rules.
Regional Leadership
Department Manager - The leader of a specific department of the clan such as Media, Recruitment or Events/Tournaments. They mostly take care of the issues that come up in their own departments, but some exceptions may occur. Their tasks greatly vary depending on which department they are put in charge of. It's important for the Manager to make sure that his department can cover all of the official HoA games.
Department Assistant - Member volunteers who are appointed by their Department Managers. They are assigned tasks by their Department Manager such as running tournaments or recruiting members through ingame activities. They can focus on a specific game or on multiple games.
